These terms apply to purchases of Digital Product (the "Product") from TheKitNest ("we", "us") on this website.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital file delivered by download. No physical item is shipped.

2. Licence

On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, use and print the Product for yourself, your family or your own classroom/business. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

6. No guarantees

The Product is provided for education, organisation and productivity. We do not guarantee any particular result (for example a job offer, learning outcome or financial result). Calculators are for illustration only and are not financial advice.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered address have jurisdiction.
